Because I am sanctified and am one with the Sanctifier, He is not ashamed to call me brother. -For he who sanctifies and those who are sanctified all have one source. That is why he is not ashamed to call them brothers, (Hebrews 2:11)
To be sanctified means to be “Holy” This is primarily used only in the past tense because we HAVE BEEN SANCTIFIED!!!
What great news for us because we can’t Holy ourselves, and we can’t become more Holy!! We are perfectly Holy through the work of Christ!!
